Today little Mhambaias are three weeks old. Within these three weeks they have all gained more than 10 kilos weight. What a mother bitch accomplishes, in this case my Gaia, is enormous. Her daily routine and her night currently consists of eating, producing milk, digesting, suckling, cleaning and caring for puppies, eating, producing milk and suckling again. She does it with such a devotion, no matter how tired and exhausted she is. I'm really impressed and of course Gaia gets the best care, lots of pats and praise. The Mhambaias are doing wonderfully, the radius of their feel-good zone is gradually increasing. They have explored the puppy enclosure, have ventured to its limits and the games have begun. The ears have opened and they now perceive the sounds of their sorroundings. The teeth are also growing and appearing. Three days ago they had the first meat contact and were all excited and hard to brake. Meat is definitely one of their favorite foods. That's good, because our little insatiable piranhas can continue to increase and Gaia is relieved of a little bit. Still Mama's milk is one of the best, because Mama's best known for its taste.
