Today's ultrasound examination has shown that Anandi is pregnant. Only one embryo was found. The probability of pups still hiding is very low. The doctor told me that in such a case, many breeders decide for a jetting off the embryo. That was not an option for me. There is still the danger, that a female repulses a single embryo. Our embryo seems to be very strong, the heartbeat was clearly visible. Since the birth and raising of a single puppy can be associated with complications, the happiness of Anandis pregnacy is attenuated by concerns for what is to come.
